天然气长输管道工程选址工作的研究

Study on the site selection of gas transmission pipeline

天然气长输管道选址工作分为线路选址和站场/阀室选址。选址工作涉及众多因素,一方面,应考虑气源、工程位置、穿跨越情况、地形地貌、水文气象地质等技术条件;另一方面,应考虑沿线地区经济发展情况、地方规划、建设现状、交通条件、环境敏感区、矿产压覆、文物旅游区、政策处理、征地借地拆迁等社会条件。笔者以浙沪天然气联络线二期工程(下称"浙沪二期")为例,开展天然气长输管道工程选址工作的研究,总结了线路选址和站场/阀室选址的要点,为今后类似工程提供一些参考。

The site selection of gas transmission pipeline can be divided into pipeline route and gas transportation station/block valve.The site selection involves many factors.On the one hand,technical conditions such as gas source,location,crossing engineering,topographic features,hydrometeorology and geology should be taken into account;on the other hand,Social conditions such as economic development,local planning,construction status,traffic conditions,environmentally sensitive areas,distribution of mineral resources,cultural relics,tourist areas and land acquisition should be taken into account.This paper studies the site selection of gas transmission pipeline,summarizes the key points of site selection of route and gas transportation station/block valve,and provides suggestions for similar projects in the future.
