针对工程项目建筑高度大、各工种之间配合难度大、各方技术配合精度高、各施工流水施工段衔接顺畅、管理效率要求高等各项难点,搭建三维全息模型,建立与现场相符的实际三维模型,建立综合信息管理数据库,运用IFC通用数字平台,对项目中的信息传递、信息处理、质量控制和进度控制进行全面管理,提高工程项目信息管理的工作效率。
