肩髃穴埋线配合康复训练对脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的疗效分析

Effects of point jianyu thread embedding and rehabilitation training on shoulders ubluxation after stroke

目的探讨肩髃穴埋线配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的效果。方法选取2017年11月~2019年6月于我院治疗的脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者101例,按随机原则分为对照组51例,治疗组50例。对照组在康复治疗的基础上增加点按肩髃穴,治疗组在康复治疗的基础上增加肩髃穴微创埋线。比较两组患者临床疗效治疗前后的AHI测量值、Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分,VAS评分。结果两组治疗后和与治疗前比较,Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分皆显著升高,治疗组的临床有效率为100.0%,与对照组的98.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后和与治疗前比较,VAS评分与X线AHI测值均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的VAS评分与X线AHI测值均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前比较,Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分均显著升高,治疗组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肩髃穴埋线配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位疾病成熟有效,值得在临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of point Jianyu thread embedding and rehabilitation training on shoulder subluxation after stroke.Methods 101 patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke treated in our hospital from November 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=51)and treatment group(n=50).On the basis of rehabilitation treatment,the control group added Jianyu point press,and the treatment group added point Jianyu thread embedding.Apnea hyponea index(AHI),Fugl-Meyer and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer in the two groups significantly increased as compared with that before treatment.The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 100.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(98.0%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score and AHI were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS score and X-ray AHI were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of Fugl-Meyer exercise scale after treatment in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment.There was no significant difference of the fugl-merer exercise scale score in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The technique of point Jianyu thread embedding and rehabilitation training for shoulder subluxation after stroke is mature and effective,which should be further popularized in clinical practice.
