新产程时间观察法在产妇分娩中的应用效果

The application effect of new labor process time observation method in childbirth

目的探讨新产程时间观察法在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取80例产妇作为研究对象,通过随机分组法将产妇分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组按旧产程时间观察法,实验组按新产程时间观察法。结果实验组产妇中转剖宫产率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的30.0%,两组产妇的剖宫产率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇的产后出血率、尿潴留发生率和新生儿窒息、死亡率均并无明显增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过新产程时间观察法,产妇的剖宫产率有所下降,且安全性较好,值得进一步深入研究和临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of new labor process time observation method in childbirth.Methods 80 cases of delivery women were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group using random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was observed using the old labor process time observation method,and the study group was observed using the new labor process time observation method.Results The rate of transit to cesarean section was 10% in the study group,which was significantly lower than 30%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,urinary retention and neonatal asphyxia and mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of new labor process time observation method can reduce the rate of cesarean section in delivery women,and the safety is better.It is worth further study and clinical application.
