个体化营养干预对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者的影响

Effects of individualized nutrition intervention on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy

目的探讨实施个体化营养干预对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者的影响。方法筛选72例于2017年6月~2018年12月期间在福建省肿瘤医院进行同步放化疗的鼻咽癌患者,根据实施放化疗的日期分成个体组与传统组,每组36例。个体组实施个体化营养干预,传统组实施常规营养干预。分析各组患者治疗前后营养指标、体重的变化,并对两组患者不良反应及化疗中断率进行比较。结果治疗后个体组患者的营养指标及体重与传统组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后变化程度低于传统组;个体组不良反应率低于传统组,化疗中断率少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者实施个体化营养干预效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of individualized nutrition intervention on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods 72 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy at Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were screened,and divided into the individual group and the traditional group according to the date of chemoradiotherapy,with 36 patients in each group.The individual group was performed with individualized nutrition intervention,while the traditional group was performed with routine nutrition intervention.The changes in nutritional indexes and body weight before and after treatment in each group were analyzed,and the adverse reactions and the chemotherapy interruption ratein the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the nutritional indexes and body weight of the individual group were significantly different from those of the traditional group(P<0.05),and the degree of change after treatment was lower than that of the traditional group;the adverse reaction rate of the individual group was lower than that of the traditional group,and the interruption rate of chemotherapy was lower than that of the traditional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of individualized nutrition intervention on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy are significant and worthy of application.
