临床药师参与肝硬化失代偿期患者药物重整服务的效果评价

The effect evaluation of clinical pharmacists taking part in the drug reforming service in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的通过临床药师参与肝硬化失代偿期患者的药物重整服务,对其进行效果评价,旨在为我院推广药物重整工作提供依据。方法筛选2018年10月~2019年4月我院消化科肝硬化失代偿患者164例,随机分为实验组和对照组开展药物重整服务,并制定相应的评价指标,分析比较两组患者安全性、有效性和经济性方面的差异。结果两组患者基本资料、入院和出院Child-Pugh评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者住院期间药品费用、治疗总费用、药占比、基本药物费用、住院天数和ADR发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师开展药物重整服务能够更好地提高医疗服务质量,优化药品资源合理配置,保障患者的用药安全,提高医院经济效益,可积极推广应用于我院临床实践中。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists taking part in the drug reforming service in patients with liver cirrhosis so as to provide basis for promoting the work of drug reforming.Methods 164 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to gastroenterology department of our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group to carry out drug reforming service and formulate corresponding evaluation indexes.The differences of safety,effectiveness and economy between the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the basic data,admission and discharge Child-Pugh scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The cost of drugs,total cost of treatment,proportion of drugs,cost of basic drugs,number of days in hospital and incidence of ADR in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists carrying out drug reorganization services,can better improve the quality of medical services,optimize the rational allocation of drug resources,ensure the safety of patients'medication,and improve the economic benefits of hospitals,which can be actively applied to clinical practice in our hospital.
