摘要
目的探讨虚拟现实技术(VR)结合改良强制性运动疗法(mCIMT)对脑卒中偏瘫上肢功能恢复的临床疗效。方法将2018年4月~2019年8月我院收治的脑卒中患者60例随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规的康复治疗手法,研究组采用虚拟现实技术训练结合改良强制性运动疗法,两组均每天治疗1次,共治疗4周。分别在治疗前后记录两组患者Brunnstrom分期和FMA-UE、MBI评分。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后FMA-UE、MBI评分均上升;组间对比,研究组Brunnstrom V期例数显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FMA-UE、MBI评分也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VR技术结合mCIMT治疗脑卒中偏瘫上肢应用效果显著,有助于提高脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能,增强日常生活活动能力。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of virtual reality(VR)technology combined with modified constraint-induced movement therapy(mCIMT)on the functional recovery of upper extremity in stroke hemiplegia.Methods 60 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the study group was treated with VR technology combined with mCIMT,both groups were treated once a day for 4 weeks.Brunnstrom stage,Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremities(FMA-UE),and modified Barthel index(MBI)scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Results Compared to before treatment,the scores of FMA-UE and MBI in the two groups increased after treatment;the number of Brunnstrom V cases in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of FMA-UE and MBI in the study group were also significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VR technology combined with mCIMT has a significant effect in the treatment of upper extremity of stroke hemiplegia,which is helpful to improve the upper extremity function of stroke hemiplegic patients and enhance the ability of daily life activities.
