2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者的临床表现与治疗预后分析

Clinical manifestations and prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者的临床表现与治疗预后措施。方法将我院2017年8月~2018年8月收治的50例2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者设为A组,另选取同时期我院收治的甲亢无糖尿病患者50例作为B组,观察分析两组患者的临床特点、治疗恢复情况。结果两组患者的临床特点观察中,A组患者的心悸、出汗、体重下降者明显更多,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,A组的治疗有效率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进的诊治工作非常重要,详细了解2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床特点,才能更好的对症治疗,缓解病症。

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and prognostic measures of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism.Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as group A.Another 50 patients with hyperthyroidism without diabetes admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as group B.The clinical features and treatment recovery of patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results In terms of observation of clinical features in the two groups,the incidence of palpitations,sweating and weight loss in group A was higher than that in group B,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment improvement rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperthyroidism is very important.Understanding the clinical features of type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism in detail is helpful for better symptomatic treatment and relief of the disease.
