Exploration and Enlightenment: How the Social Organizations should Expand the Party’s Organizational and Working Coverage in the New Era——Taking the Example of Henan Province

近年来,河南省对扩大社会组织党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖进行了多方面的积极探索:加强党对社会组织的全面领导,民政部门通过“四结合”推进社会组织党建工作,把扩大社会组织党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖同脱贫攻坚有机结合,推进“互联网+”社会组织党建。河南省扩大社会组织党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖具有自觉性、务实性、辩证性、规范性等突出特点。河南省扩大社会组织党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖对做好新时代社会组织党建工作具有重要启示。

In recent years,we have made various positive explorations on the work of expanding the party’s organizational and working coverage by social organizations in Henan province.For example,we strengthen the overall leadership of the party to social organizations,the civil administration department promotes the work of party building carried forward by social organizations with“four combinations”,we combine fighting poverty with the expanding of the party’s organizational and working coverage by social organizations organically,and we promote the party building by social organizations with“internet+”.There are several outstanding features,such as consciousness,practicability,dialectic,and standardization etc,in expanding the party’s organizational and working coverage by social organizations in Henan province,and it has significant enlightenment for doing well the work of party building by social organizations in the new era.
