猪MBL2基因序列特征分析

摘要 研究采用生物信息学方法分析了猪MBL2基因,进一步获得猪MBL2基因序列特征及编码蛋白的结构和功能,并且对CDS区里的编码蛋白的理化性质进行了预测。除此之外还对这些编码蛋白是亲水还是疏水、它们的糖基化位点、信号肽、二级结构以及三级结构进行了预测。实验结果表明,猪的MBL2基因的大小是723 bp,编码的氨基酸共有240个,蛋白质的相对分子质量为25522.83 KDa,理论等电点PI为4.97。MBL2基因的二级结构是无规则的卷曲型,蛋白结构预测结果是一种可溶性蛋白,具有4个外显子;在第20-21位氨基酸之间存在信号肽,表现为亲水性。研究结果为进一步研究猪MBL2基因的功能提供了理论基础。 In this study,the pig MBL2 gene was analyzed using bioinformatics methods to further obtain the pig MBL2 gene sequence characteristics and the structure and function of the encoded protein.The physicochemical properties of the encoded protein in the CDS region were predicted.Whether the encoded proteins are hydrophilic or hydrophobic,their glycosylation sites,signal peptides,secondary structures,and tertiary structures are predicted.The experimental results show that the size of the pig MBL2 gene is 723 bp,the total number of encoded amino acids is 240,the relative molecular mass of the protein is 25522.83 KDa,and the theoretical isoelectric point PI is 4.97.The secondary structure of the MBL2 gene is an irregularly curled type.The predicted structure of the protein is a soluble protein with 4 exons;a signal peptide exists between amino acids 20 to 21 and appears to be hydrophilic.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for further studying the function of porcine MBL2 gene.
