古羊藤提取物抗急性胃肠炎作用的研究

Experimental Study about Anti-acute Gastroenteritis Effect of Extracts from Root of Griffith Streptocaulon

目的探讨古羊藤提取物抗急性胃肠炎的作用。方法分别使用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠扭体反应法、痉挛模型小鼠和番泻叶所致的小鼠腹泻实验来观察古羊藤提取物的抗炎、镇痛、解痉和止泻作用。分别采用水杨酸钠制备大鼠急性胃炎的模型、乙酸法制备大鼠结肠炎模型,观察古羊藤提取物的抗溃疡作用和对结肠黏膜损伤指数的影响。结果高剂量的古羊藤水提取物组和醇提取物组均能抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01)、减少小鼠扭体反应(P<0.01)、提升小鼠解痉挛率(P<0.05)、减少小鼠腹泻次数(P<0.05),对水杨酸钠诱导的大鼠胃黏膜损伤有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01),显著性降低乙酸引起的结肠黏膜损伤指数(P<0.01)。结论古羊藤提取物有明显的抗炎、镇痛、解痉、止泻,对水杨酸钠所致的大鼠急性胃炎和乙酸诱发的急性结肠炎有明显的保护作用。

Objective To study the anti-acute gastroenteritis effect of extracts from Root of Griffith Streptocaulon.Methods Mouse anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effects were observed using mouse auricle swelling method,acetic acid-induced mouse writhing reaction method,spasm model mice and diarrhea-induced mouse diarrhea test.The model of acute gastritis in rats was prepared by sodium salicylate and the model of colitis in rats was prepared by acetic acid method.The anti-ulcer effect and the effest on colonic mucosal injury index of extracts from root of Griffith Streptocaulon were observed.Results High dose of the root of Griffith Streptocaulon water extract group and the alcohol extract group could inhibited ear swelling(P<0.01),reduced the times of writhing reactions(P<0.01),increase the rate of dissociation in mice(P<0.05),reduced the times of diarrhea(P<0.05),obviously inhibited the gastric mucosal injury induced by sodium salicylate(P<0.01),obviously reduced the index of colonic mucosal injury index induced by acetic acid(P<0.01).Conclusion The extracts of the Root of Griffith has obvious antiinflammatory、analgesic、antispasmodic and antidiarrheal effects.It also has obvious protective effects on gastric mucosal injury induced by sodium salicylate and acute colitis induced by acetic acidin rats.
