瑶医杜闷倒疗法联合针刺治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床效果观察

Clinical efficay of Dumen Daoliao therapy in Yao medicine combined with acupuncture for treatment of cold-dampness lumbago

目的观察瑶医杜闷倒疗法联合针刺治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床疗效。方法将82例寒湿型腰痛患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组41例。试验组给予瑶医杜闷倒疗法联合针刺治疗,对照组给予常规针刺治疗,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的ODI、VAS评分均低于治疗前,并且试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用瑶医杜闷倒疗法联合针刺治疗寒湿型腰痛效果好,可有效地缓解患者腰腿疼痛症状,改善腰腿功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dumen Daoliao therapy in Yao medicine combined with acupuncture for the treatment of cold-dampness lumbago.Methods Eighty-two patients with cold-dampness lumbago were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Dumen Daoliao therapy in Yao medicine combined with acupuncture,the control group was given routine acupuncture therapy,and both groups were treated for four weeks.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(92.68%vs.75.61%,P<0.05).The post-treatment ODI and VAS scores were lower than the pre-treatment scores in both groups,and the post-treatment scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of Dumen Daoliao therapy in Yao medicine combined with acupuncture achieves a favorable efficacy for treating cold-dampness lumbago,can effectively alleviate patients’pain in lower extremities and waist,and improve function of lower extremities and waist.
