摘要 克罗恩肛瘘发病机制复杂,目前尚无统一定论,已知的发病机制主要与上皮-间质转化、基质重塑酶、炎症因子、微生物群、遗传易感性等相关。本文就克罗恩肛瘘的发病机制进行综述。
