赵尚华教授“从肝论治”乳腺疾病经验

Professor Zhao Shanghua’s experiences in treatment from liver of breast diseases

中医学对乳腺疾病的认识由来已久。乳房居于人体的胸胁部,在经络循行上,足厥阴肝经直接通过乳房;在脏腑功能上,乳房亦与“肝”密切相关。中医学认为“肝主疏泄”和“肝主藏血”的功能,古云“女子以肝为先天”、“妇人以血为本”,这对于乳腺的生理、病理活动有着十分重要的影响。赵尚华教授从医50余载,在乳腺疾病治疗方面积累了丰富的经验,有系统而独特的见解,注重从肝论治,代表方“逍遥蒌贝散”载入高等中医院校教材中。文章从现代医学解读“从肝论治”的机制,发现乳腺疾病与现代医学中肝脏的性激素代谢和免疫功能有联系紧密。举实例验证“从肝论治”的疗效,从侧面印证了治疗乳腺疾病“从肝论治”的重要性及临床的参考价值。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the liver has two main functions.One is liver controlling dispersion,and the other is the main reservoir of blood.These functions have a very important effect on the physiology and pathology of mammary gland.In the treatment from breast diseases,Professor Zhao Shanghua attaches great importance to the treatment from the liver.This article interprets the mechanism of liver theory from the perspective of modern medicine,and finds that breast diseases are closely related to the metabolism of sex hormones and immune function of liver in modern medicine.The importance of treating breast diseases from the liver is confirmed from the side.
