坤泰胶囊联合坤宝丸治疗围绝经期心血管病的临床观察

Effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with Kunbao Pills on Female cardiovascular disease in perimenopausal period

目的研究围绝经期女性心血管病应用坤泰胶囊联合坤宝丸治疗的效果及对患者致病因素的影响。方法此次研究从医院内部选取2017年3月—2018年1月收治的160例围绝经期女性患者作为研究对象,随机入组患者分成联合组和对照组,比较两组患者治疗前后的绝经指数(KMI)、超敏C反应蛋白水平、心血管病危险因素水平以及两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者的KMI水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平和心血管病危险因素水平无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后联合组的KMI水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和血压水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用坤泰胶囊联合坤宝丸治疗围绝经期女性心血管病,能够使患者的临床症状和炎性反应显著降低,并能够对心血管病的致病因素进行有效调节,同时保证较低的不良反应发生概率,适宜广泛应用于临床治疗中。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with Kunbao Pills on female with cardiovascular disease in perimenopausal period and to explore its influence on pathogenic factors.Methods 160 female patients with cardiovascular disease in perimenopausal period treated by the hospital from March,2017 to January,2018 were included and randomly divided into the combination group and the control group.Kupperman menopausal index(KMI),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,dangerous factors of cardiovascular disease and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of KMI,hs C-reactive protein and dangerous factors of cardiovascular disease between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,KMI and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the combination group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05);triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and blood pressure in the combination group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For female with cardiovascular disease in perimenopausal period,Kuntai Capsules combined with Kunbao Pills can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reactions,effectively regulate pathogenic factors of cardiovascular disease,with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of application.
