摘要
以甲醛、环己酮和二乙烯三胺为原料,采用两步反应法,制备了性能优异的双曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂。根据正交实验设计理论,优化了主剂的第一步合成工艺条件,最佳合成工艺条件为:n(甲醛)∶n(环己酮)∶n(二乙烯三胺)=3∶2∶1,反应温度70℃,反应时间6h,介质pH=4。使用甲醛和丙酮对单曼尼希碱进行改性,采用静态失重法对合成的缓蚀剂进行了评价。实验结果表明,以双曼尼希碱为主剂,加入BAA、OP-10、不饱和醇A等进行复配混合,可制备出具有协同效应的双曼尼希碱型缓蚀剂。缓蚀剂的最优配方为:10%缓蚀剂主剂+9%BAA+4%聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10(OP-10)+6%不饱和醇A。该复合酸化缓蚀剂在温度90℃、腐蚀时间4h、质量分数15%的盐酸介质、缓蚀剂加量为1%的条件下,N80钢片的腐蚀速率为3.2 g·(m^2·h)^-1,具有良好的缓蚀性能,并能达到一级指标。
In this paper,a kind of double-mannich base acidification inhibitor with excellent performance was synthesized from formaldehyde,cyclohexanone and diethylenetriamine by two-step reaction.The first step of synthesis process was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimum synthesis conditions were:n(formaldehyde):n(cyclohexanone):n(diethylenetriamine)=3:2:1,reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 6h,pH=4.Then the single-mannich base was modified with formaldehyde and acetone.The synthesized corrosion inhibitors were evaluated by static weightlessness method.Double-mannich base was synthesized applied formaldehyde,cyclohexanone and diethylenetriamine as the main agent.A double mannich base corrosion inhibitor with synergistic effect was prepared with BAA,OP-10 and propynol.The optimum formula of the inhibitor was determined as followed:10%inhibitor+9% BAA+4% polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether-10(OP-10)+6% unsaturated alcohol.The static hanging method was used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition effect of the inhibitor.The results showed that the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet was 3.2 g/m^2/h under the conditions of medium temperature 90℃,reaction time 4 h,hydrochloric acid with 15%mass fraction and inhibitor dosage 1%.The corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet in hydrochloric acid medium could meet the first-order evaluation index of corrosion inhibitor of 3~4 g/m^2/h,and had good corrosion inhibition performance.
