焦化蜡油加氢前后的组成对催化裂化产品分布的影响

摘要 焦化蜡油中芳烃和碱性氮的含量高,如果直接作为催化原料,轻收较低。相比加氢前的蜡油,焦化蜡油在11.9MPa、温度383℃的条件下加氢后作为催化装置的原料,在提升管催化装置实验中,丙烯收率提高了6wt%,柴油收率降低了5.9wt%,重油收率降低了13wt%。 The CGO had a high content of aromatic hydrocarbons and basic nitrogen,and if it was directly used as a catalytic raw material,the light weight was lower.The CGO was hydrogenated as a raw material of the FCC device at 11.9 MPa and temperature of 383℃.Compared with the CGO before hydrogenation in the riser catalytic converter experiment,the propylene yield was increased by 6 wt%,and the diesel yield was reduced by 5.9 wt%,the heavy oil yield was reduced by 13wt%.
