盐井测井遇阻遇卡原因分析及处理方法

Cause Analysis and Treatment Method of Logging Resistance in Salt Well

盐井测井过程中常见遇阻遇卡情况,严重危及井身以及测井设备安全,且严重影响钻井进度和时效成本。通过对以往遇阻遇卡情况研究分析,找到易发生遇阻遇卡情况的井身结构、地层层位以及井内泥浆组份情况,并结合钻井过程中实际生产情况给出不同的处理遇阻遇卡的方法。并从改善井身质量提高盐井测井工艺入手降低发生遇阻遇卡的机率,特别针对盐井测井过程中容易出现的特殊情况给出原因分析及处理对策,并结合新工艺、新方法更好的解决测井中遇阻遇卡等问题。

In the process of well logging in salt well,the common situation of encountered obstacles seriously endangers the safety of well body and logging equipment,and seriously affects the drilling progress and aging cost.Based on the research and analysis of the previous situation of the encounter card,the well structure,stratigraphic level and mud composition of the well prone to encounter card were found,and different methods for dealing with the encounter card were given based on the actual production situation during the drilling process.In this paper,by improving well quality and salt-well logging technology,the probability of occurrence of resistance card is reduced.In particular,the reason analysis and countermeasures are given for the special situations that are easy to occur in the salt-well logging process,and the problems of resistance card in well logging are better solved by combining new technology and new methods.
