摘要
利用EDTA滴定法和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究锌离子对硬水结垢行为的影响,并讨论锌离子的阻垢机理。结果表明:硬水的结垢动力学满足幂函数规律,锌离子没有改变硬水的结垢动力学机制,但阻碍了水垢结晶形核过程,抑制水垢从疏松的文石向致密的方解石转化,锌离子的阻垢能力具有时效性。
The effect of Zn^2+ on scale formation in hard water was studied by EDTA titration and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the scaling kinetics of hard water followed power function rule.The dynamic mechanism of hard water was not changed by Zn^2+ while Zn^2+ impeded the crystallization nucleation process of scale.Zn 2+could restrain the formation of dense calcite from loose aragonite.But scale inhibition of Zn 2+had time effectiveness.
