摘要 通过粉末注射成型的方法对钛基陶瓷(Y-PSZ/Ti)复合材料进行制备,研究该种材料在该种工艺过程中脱脂技术的合适工艺参数。实验采用设置对照组的方式,对溶剂脱脂和热脱脂的工艺过程进行研究,通过脱脂件形貌和粘结剂脱去量确定最佳溶剂脱脂时间及热脱脂温控曲线。实验表明,钛基Y-PSZ/Ti陶瓷颗粒增强复合材料,溶剂脱脂最佳温度为50℃,最佳脱脂时间为5h,通过对热脱脂成品制件形貌的实验和分析,确定最佳的热脱脂曲线。 In this paper,Y-PSZ/Ti composites were prepared by powder injection molding method,and then the suitable process parameters of the material in the process of degreasing technology were studied.In this experiment,the process of degreasing and thermal degreasing of the solvent in the process was studied by setting the control group.The optimum solvent degreasing time and the thermal degreasing temperature control curve were determined by the morphology of the degreased parts and the amount of binder removal.The experimental results show that the titanium-based Y-PSZ/Ti ceramic particle reinforced composite material has the best solvent degreasing time of 50℃ and the best degreasing time is 5 h.The experiment and analysis of the hot degreased finished parts can determine.the best solvent degreasing curve.
