强风压作用下福州平潭某高层住宅上部结构设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 强风压作用下,高层建筑的层间位移角通常很难满足规范要求,风振舒适度较差,竖向构件和连梁分别容易发生偏心受拉和超筋现象。通过选取沿海地区基本风压较大且对风荷载起控制作用的某高层住宅,运用盈建科建筑结构计算软件进行风荷载弹性分析,计算结构层间位移角和顶点最大加速度,检查竖向构件偏心受拉情况和连梁超筋情况。计算结果表明:在多遇地震和风荷载作用下,结构层间位移角和位移比等主要控制指标均能够满足规范要求;结构顶点最大加速度0219m/s^2,风振舒适度达到"不能忍受"的程度;对偏心受拉竖向构件设置型钢,对超筋连梁设置钢板,能够解决竖向构件偏心受拉和连梁超筋问题。 Under the action of high reference wind pressure,the inter-storey displacement angle of the high-rise building is difficult to meet the code requirements,and the comfort of wind vibration is poor.Meanwhile,eccentric tension and over reinforced phenomenon are easy to occur in some vertical structure members and coupling beams respectively.Choosing one high-rise resident building from coastal areas whose reference wind pressure is higher more than most of the others and one building in control of wind load,and calculating the maximum inter-storey displacement angle and the maximum acceleration at the apex of the structure,by using YJK software,to checks whether the shear wall is eccentric tension or not,and the coupling beam is over reinforced or not.The calculation results show that some main structural design parameters,under earthquake and wind load,can meet the code requirements.The maximum acceleration at the apex of the structure of 0.219 m/s2 is insupportable for the wind vibration comfort.Setting shape steel for vertical members and steel plate for coupling beams can solve the problems of eccentric tension of vertical members and over reinforced coupling beams.
