摘要
某高层住宅房屋高度148. 65m,原结构方案为混凝土剪力墙结构。属B级高度超限建筑;新方案为混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,属超B级高度超限建筑。设计采用SATWE程序对两个方案进行小震作用下的弹性计算,并做弹性时程分析补充计算。经过比较分析,最终选用混凝土框架-剪力墙结构方案。文章详细介绍了该项目针对超限结构采取的方案比对优化方法。
A high-rise residential building is 148.65 meters high.Its original structural scheme is of a concrete shear wall structure,which belongs to Grade B height overrun buildings.The new scheme is of a concrete frame shear wall one,which belongs to the super Grade B height overrun buildings.SATWE program is used to calculate the elasticity of the two schemes under the action of small earthquakes,and to make the supplementary calculation of elastic time-history analysis.After comparison and analysis,the concrete frame shear wall structural scheme is chosen finally.In this paper,the method of scheme comparison and optimization for overrun structure is introduced in details.
