Research on the Curriculum Reform of Real Estate Economics in Application-oriented Universities

房地产经济学是一门综合性房地产业基础理论学科。结合当前房地产市场专业人才需求,分析了福建农林大学金山学院房地产经济学课程设置现状,剖析了课程存在的问题,从授课内容、实践设计、考核方式等方面提出改革与建设措施。

Real Estate Economics is a comprehensive subject that focuses on the basic theories of the real estate industry.This study considers the demand of professionals in the field of real estate markets,analyzes the current arrangement of Real Estate Economics at Jinshan College of Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University,investigates problems concerning the subject,and propose measures to reform and reconstruct it in terms of the teaching content,design of practical training and assessment methods.
