翻转课堂在疼痛科临床教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的以星状神经节阻滞为例,探讨翻转课堂在疼痛科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取中国医科大学99期临床医学专业学生1班40人和2班40人,按自然班级学生分为2组:对照组与试验组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,试验组采用翻转课堂教学方法。采用笔试和操作成绩,以及对学生进行教学方法满意度问卷调查的方法评价两组的教学效果。结果试验组教学可提高学生的笔试和操作成绩(P<0.05);对照组和试验组教学方法满意度分别为(82.3±3.6)分和(93.4±2.6)分,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂的教学模式可有效提高疼痛科临床教学的质量。 Objective To investigate the application of flipped classroom in clinical teaching of pain management by using stellate ganglion block as an example.Methods A total of 40 students in class 1 and 40 students in class 2 were selected from 99 clinical medicine majors of China Medical University.They were divided into two groups according to their natural classes:the control group and the experimental group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group used the flipped classroom teaching method.The teaching results of the two groups were evaluated by using written tests and procedure tests,as well as methods for students’satisfaction with teaching methods.Results The teaching of the experimental group can significantly improve the written and procedure scores of the students(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the teaching methods in the control group and the experimental group were(82.3±3.6)and(93.4±2.6)respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching of flipped classroom can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching in pain management.
