布鲁姆教育目标分类法在医学生志愿服务中的实践

The Practice of Bloom’s Taxonomy in Voluntary Service of Medical Student

志愿服务是改善医疗服务,推进公立医院改革的重要途径。医学生是志愿服务活动参与的主力军,在提升医院服务水平、改善患者就医体验、和谐医患关系等方面发挥了积极作用。同时,医院也为医学生"早期接触临床、早期接触科研、早期接触社会",实现个人的价值与梦想搭建了平台。在布鲁姆教育目标分类法的指导下,遵循医学教育规律和医学人才成长规律,根据临床工作特点及学生学习发展需要,以学科专业为基础、以学生年级和专业为依据设计志愿服务项目,避免单一导医导诊服务内容,将更多的志愿服务向临床倾斜。在项目开展中,将医学知识、临床思维、医学人文等内容充分整合,助力医学人才培养体系的构建,促进医学生综合能力的提升。

Voluntary service is an important way to improve medical services and promote the reform of public hospitals.Medical students are the main force of volunteer activities.They have played an active role in improving hospital services,enhance patients’medical experience,harmonious doctor-patient relationship and so on.At the same time,the hospital also provides a platform for medical students to have"early contact with clinical practice,scientific research and society"and realize their personal values and dreams.The design of volunteer service projects should follow the rule of medical education and the regular of medical talent growth.By the guidance of Bloom Target Taxonomy,the projects are also necessary to combine the characteristics of clinical work and students’learning and development needs,and on the basis of students’grades and majors.Beside the medical consultation service project,more projects should be inclined to clinical practice.In the course of the project,medical knowledge,clinical thinking,medical humanities and other contents will be fully integrated to facilitate the construction of medical talent training system and promote the improvement of comprehensive ability of medical students.
