阴道炎对宫颈HPV感染影响的分析

Analysis of the Influence of Vaginitis on Cervical HPV Infection

目的分析阴道炎对宫颈HPV感染带来的影响。方法将本医院诊治的86例阴道炎患者纳入试验组,选于2017年6月-2018年1月,将同期78例健康体检者纳入对照组,分析试验组不同疾病类型患者和对照组健康体检者HPV感染阳性总计率,对比两组HPV感染阳性结果。结果试验组滴虫性阴道炎患者和外阴阴道假丝酵母病患者HPV感染阳性总计率(26.92%、35.71%)高于对照组健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者HPV感染阳性总计率(30.23%)高于对照组健康体检者(8.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道炎会促使宫颈HPV感染情况提升,需加强注意。

Objective To analyze the effect of vaginitis on cervical HPV infection.Methods 86 patients with vaginitis in our hospital were enrolled in the experimental group from June 2017 to January 2018.78 healthy people in the same period were enrolled in the control group.The total positive rate of HPV infection in patients with different disease types in the experimental group and healthy people in the control group was analyzed,and the positive results of HPV infection in the two groups were compared.Results Group trichomonas vaginitis and vulva vagina candida patients,in patients with HPV infection positive rate of total(26.92%,35.71%)was higher than control group health PHysical examination,have statistically significant(P<0.05);The total rate of HPV infection positive in the experimental group(30.23%)was higher than that in the control group(8.96%),have statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginitis can promote cervical HPV infection,which should be paid more attention.
