麻醉机通气污染与全麻术后肺部感染的相关性

The Correlation Between Ventilation Contamination of Anesthesia Machine and Pulmonary Infection After General Anesthesia

目的探究麻醉机通气污染与全麻术后肺部感染的相关性。方法选取我院收治的220例全麻手术患者,纳入时间为2017年1月-2017年12月。随机分为2组:对照组110例,使用含氯消毒液清洗麻醉机;试验组110例,使用环氧乙烷清洗麻醉机。采用回顾分析法,统计患者的基本信息和手术指标,比较麻醉机细菌污染率和肺部感染率。结果在麻醉机细菌污染率上,试验组为2.7%,低于对照组的10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后肺部感染上,试验组发生5例(4.5%),低于对照组的14例(12.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉机通气污染和术后肺部感染密切相关,提示医护人员合理选择清洗剂,提高杀菌效果。

Objective To explore the correlation between ventilation contamination of anesthesia machine and pulmonary infection after general anesthesia.Methods 220 patients with general anesthesia in our hospital were enrolled from January 2017 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups:110 cases in the control group were treated with chlorine-containing disinfectant to clean anesthesia machine;110 cases in the experimental group were treated with ethylene oxide to clean anesthesia machine.By retrospective analysis,the basic information of patients and surgical indicators were counted,and the bacterial contamination rate and pulmonary infection rate of anesthesia machine were compared.Results The bacterial contamination rate of anesthesia machine in the experimental group was 2.7%,lower than that of the control group(10.0%),The difference was significant(P<0.05).5 cases(4.5%)occurred in the experimental group and 14 cases(12.7%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ventilation contamination of anesthesia machine is closely related to pulmonary infection after operation,suggesting that doctors and nurses should choose cleaning agents reasonably to improve germicidal efficacy.
