高血压脑出血术后镇痛镇静治疗的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Postoperative Analgesia and Sedation in Patients With Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的总结高血压脑出血术后镇痛镇静治疗的临床疗效。方法2017年9月-2019年9月选择100例在我院治疗的因高血压导致脑出血的患者。将这些患者采用掷骰子的方式分组,两组患者均采用局麻下的全脑血管造影术。常规组在术后提供咪达唑仑静脉泵入治疗,试验组综合镇静镇痛治疗。躁动状况与各项疗效指标评价时间分别为术后1 h、6 h、16 h、18 h。结果术后6 h开始试验组患者的躁动评分明显高于常规组,(P<0.05);术后6 h开始试验组患者的SBP、DBP、HR均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血术后镇痛镇静治疗的临床疗效突出,可以更好的杜绝躁动所导致的临床风险,提高临床干预水平。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of postoperative analgesia and sedation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2017 to September 2019,100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage receiving medical and nursing services in our hospital were selected as cases for comparative study.Random number method is used for grouping processing.Both groups were treated with endotracheal intubation and intravenous stenting under general anesthesia.The routine group was treated with midazolam intravenous pump after operation,while the experimental group was treated with sedation and analgesia.The restlessness status and the evaluation time of each therapeutic index were 1 hour,6 hours,16 hours and 18 hours after operation,respectively.Results The agitation scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP and HR of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of postoperative analgesia and sedation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is outstanding.It can better prevent the clinical risk caused by agitation and improve the level of clinical intervention.It is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
