ATP治疗仪治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察ATP治疗仪治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)急性期糜烂及溃疡的治疗效果。方法研究样本时间既定为2016年10月-2018年9月,选取此时间段内本院妇科门诊接诊的VVC急性期糜烂及溃疡患者68例,分组依据治疗措施选择,分为对照组34例及观察组34例,分别采取常规治疗措施、ATP-红外生物效应技术方案进行治疗,分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果在治疗效果方面,观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相比较,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者症状改善方面,观察组症状改善与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗以后,观察组GQOLI-74量表评分与对照组相比较更高,两组患者评分均明显上升,且观察组上升幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论在VVC急性期糜烂及溃疡患者的治疗方案中用ATP-红外生物效应技术,有助于尽快改善临床症状,强化疗效。 Objective To observe the treatment effect of ATP therapy instrument on acute vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)erosion and ulcer.Methods The study sample time was set to be from October 2016 to September 2018.During this period,68 patients with acute VVC erosions and ulcers admitted to the gynecological clinic of this hospital were selected and grouped according to treatment measures and divided into control group 34 Cases and 34 cases in the observation group were treated with conventional treatment measures and ATP-infrared biological effect technology,respectively,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results In terms of treatment effect,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of improvement of patient symptoms,the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was compared with that in the control group.The data were significantly different(P<0.05);after treatment,the GQOLI-74 scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the increase was even greater in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ATP-infrared biological effect technology in the treatment of patients with acute erosion and ulcers in VVC can help improve clinical symptoms and enhance the efficacy as soon as possible.
