探究针灸与面部中药熏蒸穴位按摩周围性面瘫

Exploring Acupuncture and Facial Chinese Medicine Fumigation Acupressure Massage Around Facial Paralysis

目的分析针灸联合面部重要熏蒸后穴位按摩周围性面瘫的护理效果。方法以2018年1月-2018年12月之间在我院进行治疗的78例周围性面瘫患者作为试验对象,根据治疗方式的差异对患者按照1:1比例进行分组。用常规药物与针灸治疗的为对照组,使用面部中药熏蒸后穴位按摩与针灸联合治疗的为试验组。比较治疗有效率与患者满意度。结果试验组治疗有效率较对照组而言更高,对护理的满意度明显高于对照组,试验组治疗效果更佳,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在护理治疗周围性面瘫患者过程中,使用针灸联合面部中药熏蒸后穴位按摩的效果显著,疗效更为理想,患者舒适度更高,具有突出的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of acupuncture combined with facial fumigation on acupoint massage around facial paralysis.Methods A total of 78 patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in our hospital between January 2018 and December 2018 were enrolled in the study.Patients were grouped according to a 1:1 ratio based on differences in treatment modalities.The conventional medicine and acupuncture treatment were used as the control group,and the combination of acupoint massage and acupuncture after facial fumigation was used as the experimental group.Compare treatment effectiveness with patient satisfaction.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The satisfaction rate of the nursing experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The experimental group had better therapeutic effect.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with peripheral facial paralysis,the effect of acupuncture combined with facial Chinese medicine fumigation after acupoint massage is remarkable,the curative effect is more ideal,the patient has higher comfort and has outstanding clinical value.
