系统护理在中耳炎乳突根治术围术期中的应用

Application of Systemic Nursing in Perioperative Period of Otitis Media With Mastoidectomy

目的探讨在中耳炎乳突根治术围手术期实施系统护理模式的护理效果。方法针对我院收治的中耳炎患者97例进行临床护理观察,给予97例中耳炎患者均实施中耳炎乳突根治术治疗,将97例中耳炎患者随机分成两组后,给予常规组48例开展基础护理,给予观察组49例开展系统护理,对比两组中耳炎患者的护理效果差异。结果观察组护理后的术前焦虑评分低于常规组;护理满意度评分高于常规组,舒适度评分高于常规组且并发症发生率低于常规组,两组相比(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论针对实施中耳炎乳突根治术患者实施系统护理服务的效果显著,促进手术效果的提高,减少并发症及临床不适现象发生。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of systemic nursing mode during perioperative period of otitis media with mastoidectomy.Methods 97 patients with otitis media admitted to our hospital underwent clinical nursing observation.97 patients with otitis media were treated with otitis media with mastoidectomy.97 patients with otitis media were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was given 48 patients with otitis media.In the nursing mode,49 patients with otitis media in the observation group were given a systematic nursing model,and the difference in nursing effect between the two groups of otitis media was compared.Results The preoperative anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group;the nursing satisfaction score was higher than the conventional group,the comfort score was higher than the conventional group and the incidence of complications was lower than the conventional group,compared with the two groups(P<0.05),The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of implementing systemic nursing services for patients undergoing otitis media mastoidectomy is significant,promoting the improvement of surgical effects,reducing the occurrence of complications and clinical discomfort.
