脑外伤气管切开术患者吞咽障碍康复护理分析

Rehabilitation Nursing Analysis of Dysphagia in Patients With Traumatic Tracheotomy

目的探究分析脑外伤气管切开术后患者吞咽障碍的康复护理满意度。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院神经外科收治的脑外伤行气管切开术后吞咽困难患者56例纳入研究,按随机均衡原则分为两组各28例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予康复护理,对比两组患者吞咽功能评分及护理满意度。结果观察组吞咽功能评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对脑外伤气管切开术后吞咽障碍患者应用康复护理效果显著,可有效改善患者吞咽功能及预后,误吸风险明显降低,提升护理满意度,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To explore and analyze the satisfaction of rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia after tracheotomy for brain trauma.Methods Fifty-six patients with dysphagia after tracheotomy were selected from February 2018 to February 2019 in neurosurgery department of our hospital.According to the principle of random equilibrium,they were divided into two groups,28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing.The scores of swallowing function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The swallowing function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia after tracheotomy for brain trauma has significant effect.It can effectively improve the swallowing function and prognosis of patients,significantly reduce the risk of mistake inhalation,improve nursing satisfaction and promote early recovery of patients.
