为解决传统“最后一百米”配送物品中存在的问题,提出了一种能够实现用户网上自助购买、卖家存放商品、用户快递取货的智能售货柜系统.该系统总体设计分为储物系统、机械系统、主控电路系统、终端系统.存储系统包括旋转格挡、柜门;机械系统通过闭环伺服电机、减速器来实现储物格挡旋转功能.主控电路系统是以树莓派作为主控板,开发其外围硬件控制电路;终端系统通过设计串口显示屏界面及分配不同的存储地址给界面的触控按键和输入框,树莓派UART串口读取显示屏反馈的信息来实现控制等功能.该系统安全性、便捷性、响应性、专业性、高效性,提高了智能售货服务效率.

In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional"last hundred meters"distribution goods,an intelligent vending container selling system was proposed which can realize the self-help purchase of users on the internet,the storage of goods by sellers and the pick-up of goods by express delivery.The overall design of the system was divided into storage system,mechanical system,main control circuit system and terminal system.The storage system includes rotating gear and cabinet door,and the mechanical system realizes the rotating function of storage gear through closed-loop servo motor and reducer.The main control circuit system uses raspberry pie as the main control board to develop its peripheral hardware control circuit.The terminal system realizes the control function by designing the interface of serial display screen and distributing different storage addresses to the touch keys and input boxes of the interface.The UART serial port of raspberry pie reads the feedback information of display screen.The system is safe,convenient,responsive,professional and efficient,which improved the efficiency of intelligent sales service.
