摘要
阐述了高校教师生命理想的内涵。从哲学角度,诠释高校教师生命理想:自在境界、功利境界和道德境界与天地境界的统一,是高校教师生命的本然样态、实然样态和应然样态;较之于应然生命样态,教师的本然和实然生命样态处于显著地位。借助新制度主义学派规制性、规范性和文化-认知三大要素,分析了高校教师生命理想的构建因素,指出了促进高校教师由生命的实然样态质变为应然样态的策略。
The article expounds the connotation of university teachers life Ideals and explains it from the philosophical perspective.It is believed that unity of the four realms of freedom,utility,morality as well as heaven and earth are respectively naturalness,realness and should-be life of university teachers.Compared with should-be life,teachers naturalness and realness are in a dominant position.By means of regulation,standardization and culture-cognition of the new-institutionalism school,it analyzes the constructive factors of life ideals of university teachers,and points out the strategies to promote the change from realness to should-be life.
