大学生创业特质、创业态度、创业倾向关系实证研究——以沈阳市大学生创业者为调研对象

Empirical Study on the Relationship Among College Student Entrepreneurial Trait,Attitude and Tendency in Shenyang City

综合已有研究成果,选取大学生创业特质、创业态度等变量对大学生创业倾向的影响进行综合分析。选取沈阳市的369名在校大学生创业者为研究样本,通过因子分析、多元线性回归对其进行相关研究。结果表明,大学生创业者个人特质、社会特质与创业倾向具有正向关系,大学生创业态度中介了创业特质与创业倾向的正相关性。

This paper selects the variables of college students entrepreneurial traits and attitudes,and comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of their entrepreneurial tendencies.It uses 369 college students in Shenyang as a sample,using factor analysis,multiple linear regression and other methods to conduct research.The results show that there is a positive relationship among college students personal traits,social traits and entrepreneurial tendencies;college students entrepreneurial attitudes mediate the positive correlation between entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial tendencies.
