摘要
从制度经济学视角分析了教师的教学模式决策机制。介绍了个性化教学内涵、个性化教学模式和“完全理性”假设、“有限理性”假设。阐述了教师决策的机制:由于教师是有限理性的,决策时需要付出信息成本及面对不确定性,因此,相对于个性化教学模式,教师更偏好于采用整齐划一的教学模式。指出了个性化教学模式不能完全依靠教师的计划和指令,要学生自主协调才能够更加有效;学生的自主协调能力会影响教学目标的实现。
Teachers teaching decision making is analyzed from the perspective of institutional economics.The connotation and modes of individualized instruction are introduced,followed by two hypotheses“perfect rationality”and“bounded rationality”to explore teachers decision-making mechanism.It reveals that as teachers are of bounded rationality,when making decisions,they will have to take information cost and uncertainty into consideration and they tend to prefer one-size-fits-all mode of teaching rather than individualized instruction.It points out that effective individualized instruction cannot solely rely on the teacher s plans and instructions,students spontaneous coordination is also required,and this ability will affect the achievement of teaching objectives.
