摘要
为提高煤泥的应用,本文以六盘水某洗煤厂~0.5 mm的煤泥为研究对象,采用三因素三水平的正交试验设计法,考察了粒度级、捕收剂用量以及起泡剂用量对浮选的影响。结果发现,这三个因素影响主次为粒度级>捕收剂用量>起泡剂用量,当粒度级为0.2~0.125 mm、捕收剂用量为400 g/t,起泡剂用量为50 g/t时,精煤灰分最低。通过方差分析发现,粒度对煤泥浮选较为显著。
In order to improve the application of slime,this paper takes the 0.5 mm coal slurry of a washing plant in Liupanshui as the research object,and uses the three-factor and three-level orthogonal test design method to investigate the particle size,collector dosage and foaming agent.The effect of dosage on flotation.The results showed that these three factors affected the primary and secondary particle size>collector dosage>foaming agent dosage,when the particle size grade was 0.2~0.125 mm,the collector dosage was 400 g/t,and the foaming agent dosage was 50 g/t.At the time,the clean coal ash is the lowest.Analysis of variance found that the particle size is more significant for coal slurry flotation.
