摘要
为探究菊花中黄酮化合物组成与其抗氧化活性间的相关性,从菊花中提取黄酮化合物,测其总黄酮含量,HPLC分析其黄酮组成,DPPH法测其抗氧化活性,并以偏最小二乘法(PLS)探究样品黄酮组分与抗氧化活性间的相关性。结果表明各菊花黄酮化合物均具有一定的抗氧化活性,且各菊花黄酮化合物种类及含量存在一定的差异。黄酮化合物组成与抗氧化活性间的相关性研究表明绿原酸、黄芩苷、芦丁、槲皮素与黄酮样品对抗氧化活性呈正相关,芹菜素与抗氧化活性呈负相关。
To study the correlation between the compositions of flavonoids and their antioxidant activities in chrysanthemum,flavonoids were extracted from Chrysanthemums.The content of total flavonoids was determined,and the composition of flavonoids was also analyzed.The antioxidant activities were measured by DPPH method,and the correlation between flavonoids and antioxidant activities was explored by partial least squares(PLS).DPPH method showed that the flavonoids of every chrysanthemums had certain antioxidant activities,but there were some differences in the kinds and contents of flavonoids among different chrysanthemum varieties.The correlation between the composition of flavonoids and antioxidant activities showed that chlorogenic acid,baicalin,rutin and quercetin were positively correlated with the antioxidant activities of flavonoid-like crystals,while apigenin was negatively correlated with antioxidant activities.
