Practical Research on Technical Skills Accumulation of Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业教育技术技能积累背景下高职院校专业教师技术技能积累主要包括提高人才培养和技术服务能力,积累总目的是提高社会服务力。专业教师的技术技能积累与人才培养、技术服务两个方面相互促进,相互支撑。分析了高职院校专业教师技术技能积累中普遍存在的问题,探究了我校食品类专业教师进行技术技能积累的模式、方法和路径,并提出促进专业教师技术技能积累的体制机制保障措施。

Under the background of technical skill accumulation in Vocational education,the technical skill accumulation of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges mainly includes improving the ability of personnel training and technical service.The general purpose of accumulation is to improve social service capacity.Professional teachers'accumulation of technical skills,personnel training and technical services are mutually reinforcing and supporting each other.This paper analyses the common problems existing in the accumulation of technical skills of professional teachers in Higher Vocational colleges.It explores the mode,method and path of technical skill accumulation of food teachers in our university.It also puts forward the institutional guarantee measures to promote the accumulation of professional teachers'technical skills.
