分析MBBS留学生生理学全英文期末考试试卷,为进一步完善教学方法,提高教学效果提供依据。对昆明医科大学2016级49名MBBS留学生生理学全英文期末考试试卷进行统计分析。留学生考试成绩为65.39~89.00分,平均分65.39分,标准差13.94,及格率71.43%;试卷总体难度0.65;试卷总体区分度0.33;试卷信度0.83。结论2016级MBBS留学生生理学全英文期末考试成绩略呈负偏态分布,试卷总体难度适中,试卷区分度和信度良好。

Through the analysis of English Final Examination Papers of MBBS Foreign Students“Physiology”,it will provide evidence for further improvement of teaching methods and teaching effects.Statistics analysis of 49 English Final Examination Papers of“Physiology”for the 2016 MBBS Foreign Students in Kunming Medical University.The foreign student's scores were 65.39~89.00,the average score was 65.39,the standard deviation was 13.94,the pass rate was 71.43%;the overall difficulty was 0.65,the overall discrimination degree was 0.33;the reliability of the examination paper was 0.83.The final examination results of“physiology”for 2016 MBBS Foreign Students were slightly negative distribution.The overall difficulty was moderate,the discrimination and reliability were good.
