采用正交实验法进行复配絮凝剂去除采油废水中的污油实验的研究 被引量:1

摘要 复配絮凝剂筛选实验中,实验影响因素多,若进行全面实验,实验数量庞大无法实现。正交实验法由于其正交性、代表性及综合性广泛应用于多因素实验。它是寻求最优水平组合的一种高效率实验设计方法。本文采用正交实验法,应用聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺作为复配絮凝剂,以含油量为处理指标,探究其絮凝温度、pH值、配比以及用量的最佳组合。最终得到温度为50℃、pH值为7、无机/有机为5∶1、加药量为60 mg/L时,絮凝效果最好。 In the screening experiment of compound flocculant,there are many factors affecting the experiment.If the comprehensive experiment is carried out,the large number of experiments cannot be realized.As to its orthogonality,representativeness and comprehensiveness,Orthogonal experiment method is widely used in multi-factor experiment,which is an efficient experimental design method to seek optimal level combination.In this article,the optimal combination of flocculation temperature,pH value,ratio and dosage was studied by orthogonal experiment method,taking polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide as the compound flocculant and oil content as treatment index.In the end,when the temperature is 50℃,the pH value is 7,the inorganic/organic ratio of 5∶1,0.5%polyferric sulfate solution is 6ml,0.25%chitosan solution is 1 mL,the flocculating effect is best.
