摘要 采用微波消解溶解样品,建立ICP-MS法测定硅石中锰、铜、钒、钛、铬5种杂质元素的方法。探讨了溶解样品及消除干扰的最佳方式,选用Sc(10μg/L)为内标,动态反应池(DRC)模式进行测定。方法检出限为0.1mg/kg(51V)~1.66 mg/kg(47Ti),加标回收率在88.6%~109%,相对标准偏差均小于3%。方法快速准确,精密度好,检出限低,适合硅石中5种杂质元素的测定。 In this paper,the microwave dissolution methods is used to dissolve samples,an ICP-MS method was established for the determination of five impurity elements of manganese,cuprum,vanadium,titanium and chromium in silica.The best way to dissolve the sample and eliminate the interference were discussed.Sc(10μg/L)was selected as the internal standard and the dynamic reaction cell(DRC)model was used for determination.The detection limit of the method was 0.1 mg/kg(51 V)to 1.66 mg/kg(47 Ti),and the recovery rate was between 88.6%and 109%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.The method is fast and accurate,the precision is good,and the detection limit is low.It is suitable for the determination of five impurity elements in silica.
