中国区域资源配置扭曲对全要素生产率的影响

The effects of China’s regional resource distortion on total factor productivity

通过建立包含不同省份的理论模型,对中国1993—2017年的资本与劳动配置扭曲造成的全要素生产率损失进行测算。结果显示:1993—2017年,中国资本与劳动配置扭曲造成的全要素生产率损失平均为9.4357%;省际间的资源配置扭曲有着越来越严重的趋势,并且近些年来资本配置扭曲这一因素在省际间的影响越来越大。近些年来的资本配置扭曲,主要是由各地区的全要素生产率异化造成的。

By establishing a theoretical model from the perspective of different provinces,the total factor productivity loss during the period of 1993—2017 was measured,which was caused by the distortion of capital and labor allocation in China.The results of the measurement show that during the period of 1993—2017,the distortion of China’s capital and labor allocation caused the average loss of total factor productivity to be 9.4357%.The results also show that the inter-provincial resource allocation distortion has a more and more serious trend,and the factor of capital allocation distortion has become more and more inter-provincial in recent years.The distortion of capital allocation in recent years is mainly caused by the alienation of TFP in various regions.
