摘要
目的研究新疆和田地区不同来源毛菊苣药材(根、种子)的质量。方法取新疆和田地区不同来源毛菊苣根(10批)和种子(12批),采用原子荧光法测定Se和As的含量,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定Fe、Ca、Mn、Mg、Cu、Al、Cd和Pb的含量。按《中国药典》(2015年版)方法测定总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水分、醇溶性浸出物和水溶性浸出物。采用Matlab2018B软件对上述15个指标的测定数据进行灰色关联度分析(grey relational analysis,GRA)。结果新疆和田地区不同来源毛菊苣根(10批)和种子(12批)之间无机元素含量差异较大,含量最高的为钙,含量最低的为硒;且种子中微量元素(Fe、Ca、Mn、Mg、Se)含量高于根,重金属及有害元素(Cu、Al、Cd、As、Pb)含量低于根。总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水分、醇溶性浸出物和水溶性浸出物均符合《中国药典》(2015版)标准。GRA灰色关联度结果显示新疆和田地区毛菊苣药材根的质量优于种子,但种子的质量更加稳定。结论本研究为毛菊苣药材的质量评价提供科学依据。
Objective To study the quality of Cichorium glandulosum(root and seed)from different sources in Hotan of Xinjiang.Methods The contents of Se and As were determined by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry,the contents of Fe,Ca,Mn,Mg,Cu,Al,Cd and Pb in 10 batches roots and 12 batches seeds were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,respectively.Total ash,acid-insoluble ash,water,alcohol-soluble extract and water-soluble extract were determined according to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition).The GRA of above 15 parameters were carried out by Matlab 2018B.Results The contents of inorganic elements in roots(10 batches)and seeds(12 batches)of Cichorium glandulosum from different sources in Hotan area of Xinjiang are quite different,the highest content is calcium,the lowest content is selenium,and the total contents of trace elements(Fe,Ca,Mn,Mg,Se)in seeds are higher than those in roots,and the total contents of heavy metals and harmful elements(Cu,Al,CD,As,Pb)are lower than those in roots.The total ash,acid-insoluble ash,water,alcohol-soluble extract and water-soluble extract all meet the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition).The Results of Grey Relational Degree of GRA show that the quality of roots of chicory is better than that of seeds,but the quality of seeds is more stable.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Cichorium glandulosum.
