上海市静安区社区中医药卫生服务融入系数研究

Study of integration coefficient of community traditional Chinese medicine health services in Jingan District of Shanghai

目的:了解中医药参与社区卫生服务的程度,构建中医药融入社区卫生服务的系数。方法:于2019年3月利用自制问卷对上海市静安区14家社区卫生服务中心进行问卷调查,发放14份问卷,回收14份,问卷有效回收率100.00%。结果:2017年上海市静安区14家社区卫生服务中心中医门急诊人次平均占比为29.18%,静安区中医药总融入系数为0.531,中医医疗服务融入系数为0.391,中医慢性病管理融入系数为0.856;2018年上海市静安区14家社区卫生服务中心中医门急诊人次增加了3.27%,达到32.45%,静安区中医药总融入系数为0.549,中医医疗服务融入系数为0.398,中医慢性病管理融入系数为0.900,与2017年相比分别提高了0.018、0.007和0.044。结论:在上海市大力发展中医药融入社区卫生服务的大背景下,中心应丰富中医药的服务内容和形式,提升居民对中医药的认知,增加中医药诊断及治疗的数量,从而提升其融入程度。

Objective:To understand the degree of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)participation in community health services,and to construct the coefficient of integrating traditional Chinese medicine into community health services.Methods:In March 2019,a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey in 14 community health service centers in Jingan District of Shanghai,14 questionnaires were distributed,14 were collected,and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100.00%.Results:In 2017,the average number of Chinese medicine outpatient and emergency visits in 14 community health service centers in Jingan District of Shanghai was 29.18%,the total integration coefficient of traditional Chinese medicine in Jingan District was 0.531,the integration coefficient of TCM medical service was 0.391,and the integration coefficient of TCM chronic disease management was 0.856;in 2018,the number of Chinese medicine outpatient and emergency visits in 14 community health service centers in Jingan District of Shanghai increased by 3.27%to 32.45%,the total integration coefficient of traditional Chinese medicine in Jingan District was 0.549,the integration coefficient of TCM medical service was 0.398,and the integration coefficient of TCM chronic disease management was 0.900,which was increased by 0.018,0.007 and 0.044 compared with 2017,respectively.Conclusion:In the context of Shanghai’s vigorous development of integration of traditional Chinese medicine into community health services,the center should enrich the content and form of traditional Chinese medicine services,enhance residents’awareness of traditional Chinese medicine,and increase the number of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to enhance its integration.
