Research progress of prevention and treatment of autophagy and skeletal muscle atrophy

骨骼肌萎缩会影响运动系统功能并诱发甚至加剧多系统疾病,严重时还会危及患者尤其老年患者的生活质量。所以防治骨骼肌萎缩意义重大。全文分析骨骼肌萎缩的机制、自噬过程在骨骼肌萎缩中的作用及中医药防治骨骼肌萎缩的理论和作用,为深入阐释自噬稳态在骨骼肌萎缩过程中的分子机制提供参考。

Atrophy of skeletal muscle will affect the function of motor system and induce or even aggravate multiple system diseases,in severe cases,it will endanger the quality of life of patients,especially elderly patients.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy is of great significance.This paper analyzes the mechanism of skeletal muscle atrophy,the role of autophagy in skeletal muscle atrophy,and the theory and role of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy to provide a reference for further explaining the molecular mechanism of autophagy homeostasis in the process of atrophy in skeletal muscle atrophy.
