摘要
本文从慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者的疼痛流行特点、疼痛影响因素、疼痛评估量表的应用及疼痛管理现状等方面进行综合阐述,以期为COPD患者的疼痛管理研究及实践提供参考。
This article comprehensively describes the prevalence of pain,factors related with pain,application of pain assessment scale and pain management interventions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),so as to provide reference for the research and practice of pain management in patients with COPD.
