社区脑卒中预防干预对老年人知识、态度、行为的影响

Influence of community stroke prevention and intervention on the knowledge, attitude and practice of the elderly people

目的:探讨脑卒中一级预防方案实施对社区老年人知识、态度、行为的影响。方法:在社区1100例年龄60岁及以上的人群中开展为期1年的脑卒中高危人群筛查与干预管理,用完全随机抽样的方法抽取其中105例对象进行干预前后知识、态度、行为(KAP)调查,分析年龄、性别、文化程度等因素对KAP得分的影响。结果:干预后,健康知识、认知态度、行为得分和总分分别提高42.9%、9.1%、20.0%和27.6%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);初中文化组干预前后KAP得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);社区居民对入户测量血压和心脑血管病随访治疗服务的意愿明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中预防干预可提高社区老年人群KAP水平及对心脑血管病防治服务的需求,文化程度较低者的KAP提高更为明显。

Objective:To explore the influence of the implementation of primary stroke prevention program on the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of the community elderly people.Methods:Screening and intervention management were carried out in 1100 people aged 60 and over in the community for one year,and a completely random sampling method was used to select 105 cases of objects for KAP surveys before and after intervention and the influence of age,gender and education on KAP scores was analyzed.Results:The health knowledge,cognition attitude,and behavior scores and total scores were increased by 42.9%,9.1%,20.0%and 27.6%,respectively and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the difference in KAP scores before and after intervention in the junior high school culture group was statistically significant(P<0.01);community residents’demand for home blood pressure measurement and follow-up treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Stroke prevention and intervention can increase the level of KAP and the demand for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevention services in the elderly people in the community,and the increase in KAP is even more pronounced for those with less education.
