摘要 目的通过观察Er,Cr:YSGG激光预处理桩道对根管壁牙本质钙、磷元素的变化,为临床使用Er,Cr:YSGG激光提供基础参考。方法选择因正畸拔除的健康单根管前磨牙24颗,保留截断处至根尖约12 mm牙根。将截冠后的离体牙经过完善的根管治疗及桩道预备。随机将24颗离体牙分为四组,分别为A组(空白对照组):桩道不做任何特殊处理;B组(酸蚀组):用37%磷酸处理桩道;C组(1.0 W激光组):用功率为1.0 W的Er,Cr:YSGG激光处理桩道;D组(1.25 W激光组):用功率为1.25 W的Er,Cr:YSGG激光处理桩道。每组严格按照操作要求对根管壁牙本质进行预处理,最后使用骨锤和骨凿沿引导沟劈开上述实验组离体牙,选择中上段完好的一半用场发射扫描电镜分析检测根管壁牙本质钙、磷元素的变化。结果四组样本牙本质表面的钙、磷相对含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);经两两比较:C组和D组的钙、磷含量高于A组与B组(P<0.007);C组和D组的钙、磷含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.007)。结论 Er,Cr:YSGG激光预处理技术的应用可使根管壁牙本质表面的钙、磷含量增加。 Objective To observe the changes of calcium and phosphorus in dentin of the root canal wall by pretreatment with Er,Cr:YSGG laser to provide reference for clinical use of Er,Cr:YSGG laser.Methods A total of 24 healthy single canal premolars by orthodontic extraction were selected.Root canal treatment and post preparation were performed after removing the crown.Then,they were randomly divided into 4 groups.Group A(blank control group):no special treatment was performed;Group B(acid etching group):37% phosphoric acid treatment;Group C( 1.0 W laser group):treated with 1.0 W Er,Cr:YSGG laser;Group D(1.25 W laser group):treated with Er,Cr:YSGG laser with 1.25 W power.After split,the samples of each group were observed under field emission scanning electron microscopy.Results There was statistically significant difference in the effects of the different processing methods on contents of calcium and phosphorus on the dentin surface(P<0.001);after a pairwise comparison:the calcium and phosphorus contents of group C and D were higher than those of group A and B(P<0.007).Conclusion The application of Er,Cr:YSGG laser pretreatment technique can increase the calcium and phosphorus contents of root canal dentin.
