个性化健康教育对头面部带状疱疹患者生活质量的影响

Effect of health education on quality of life in patients with head and face herpes zoster

目的探究个性化健康教育对头面部带状疱疹患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月期间收治的420例头面部带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序单双号法将其分为研究组(210例)与对照组(210例)。对照组患者进行常规护理干预,研究组患者在常规护理基础上进行个性化健康教育干预,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁以及生活质量得分情况。结果两组患者干预前焦虑与抑郁得分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的焦虑与抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.001);干预前两组患者身体状态、心理状态、社会关系状态得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的身体状态、心理状态、社会关系状态得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论个性化健康教育作为头面部带状疱疹患者的护理方式能从身体状态、心理状态、社会关系状态等方面提高患者的生活质量,可作为头面部带状疱疹患者的优选护理方式。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on the quality of life of patients with herpes zoster.Methods 420 patients with head and face herpes zoster admitted from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups(210 cases each) according to the single and double sign method of admission sequence.Patients in the control and study groups received routine nursing intervention and health education intervention on the basis of routine nursing respectively.The anxiety,depression and quality of life scores of the groups were compared before and after intervention.Results No significant difference was observed in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Before intervention no significant difference was found in the scores of physical state,psychological state and social relationship state between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical state,psychological state and social relationship state in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Individualized health education can improve patients’ life quality in physical state,mental state and social relationship and be used as an optimal nursing mode for patients with head and face herpes.
